Curbside Pickup

If you'd like to pick up your available holds curbside:

1. Make sure you have your library card number with you.
2. Call us from our parking lot at 781-834-5535 to let us know you're here for a curbside pickup. We'll ask for your library card number over the phone.
3. We'll check out your holds to you and bring them outside the front doors on a cart. If you can't leave your car due to mobility issues, we can bring your holds to your car on request.

We ask that you wait to call for a curbside pickup until you're in the library parking lot. If you call for a curbside pickup before you arrive at the library, and your items are taken from the cart by someone else, you may be responsible for the full replacement cost of those items.

After Hours Locker Pickup

If you cannot making it to the library during our open hours to pick up your holds, you may call us to request an after hours locker. Please be prepared to give your library card number over the phone. Your items will be checked out and placed in a locker next to the front doors. You will have 24 hours to pick up your items from the locker.

Please call at least 1 hour before the library closes. We may not be able to accommodate your request for a locker if you call shortly before closing time.
