Ask for Research & Technology Help at the Reference Desk

We help patrons with a wide variety of research and technology inquiries on a daily basis. If you have a more complicated reference question, you may call ahead, or just drop by and someone will assist you. If you have a question about a personal device such as a cell phone, be sure to bring it with you.
We help patrons with a variety of tasks and inquiries, including:
- Printing, copying, or scanning
- Using email or filling out online forms
- Finding documents on mass.gov
- Using library resources
- Using personal devices such as smartphones, tablets, and Kindles
- Using Hoopla or Libby
- Using the Historical Room
